I understand and I listen, and that is how I connect with people. It is also how I have built every team and every function I have been part of, one person at a time.
How things piece together, in colour.
Growing up I liked painting, reading, photography and logic. Looking back, those four things point in the same direction: a fascination with how pieces fit together, and with making the result something people actually want to look at.
Business intelligence turned out to be exactly that. Take a mess of disconnected things, understand how they relate, and present them so a decision becomes obvious. I did not plan the career so much as recognise it when I found it.
Eleven years of foundations
I joined as a trainee and left as an Assistant Consultant, moving through every rung in between. Those years taught me the craft: reporting, data modelling, migration at scale, and how large regulated organisations actually work. I led enterprise dashboard migrations and built analytics supporting European regulatory reporting.
Learning to work across cultures
An onsite assignment took me to the Netherlands for two years. It changed how I communicate. I learned to approach people from different cultures, understand what they value, and absorb the good in a way of thinking that was not my own. That experience shapes how I work with every stakeholder now.
Building a function from nothing
After a deliberate break, I decided it was time to explore the startup world. At CoinDCX I built the business intelligence function from the ground up: the roadmap, the architecture, the reporting strategy, and the team to run it. Starting from a blank page gave me a confidence I had not had before.
Vice President, Business Intelligence
Leading enterprise BI modernization for global HR Data and Analytics: a governed Snowflake and Power BI platform, a large legacy reporting estate consolidated, and AI-assisted analytics adopted across the organisation. It was also where I expanded my family, a chapter I am glad happened alongside the work rather than instead of it.
Independent, and building
After maternity leave I chose consulting. It lets me take everything I have proven inside large organisations and apply it at a bigger range, one client at a time. I am currently BI Architect at KoinBX, and a partner at WatSubRam, the consultancy I am building with Ramalingam Subramanian and Suresh Victor.

What I love most is connecting with people and learning about their lives. It is why networking has never felt like work to me. I care, I connect, and I carry it forward.
Making things
Baking, painting and cycling. Consulting gave me back the time for the things I have always loved doing, and they feed the way I think about work.
Giving back
Morgan Stanley had a real culture of giving back, and it stayed with me. I want to do social work that connects me with people at the grassroots, to understand how I can genuinely help.
